Hi guys....I know it's been a while but hey we've been busy and I haven't just been sitting around twiddling my thumbs. Excuse the pun! Getting injured was obviously a huge disappointment for me but you have to stay positive.
This is the nature of the game! Decided to visit friends and family in Cape Town recently and had an awesome time. Was invited to go on the Peroni boat and was chuffed to share the experience with Bok legend Percy Montgomery. An awesome time was had by all. Stayed at the magnificent Bay Hotel in Camps Bay and had my own personal tour guide in Monty. This really is a beautiful city with lekker people. Back in Durbs now for physio and watching all the Super 14 games. My flat is being renovated so watching at a mates house.
